Hi all,
I have two devices with a BG96 module in them - Bivocom TR321-MQ. Initially I had issues with the first device until receiving a firmware update from the manufacturer. I still had issues until randomly the device attached and have had no issues since. However when trying to replicate this, I have the same issue on a second device.
The device does not attach, and throws AT+CSQ 99,99 and has no signal to any network even in the same location and SIM that works on the other device.
AT+CGDCONT is the same for both devices.
I noticed in the system logs that there is a main difference between the working and not working device.
The below image shows modem hangup on the non-working device whereas on the working device there is no hangup. (left is not working, right is working)
Does anyone have any idea what I may be able to do?
