Device not detected on QFlash V4.18

Hi team,

I am currently using BG95M3LA-64-SGNS LPWA Cellular Module for a project of ours.
On the unit, I am unable to see TX lines propagate signals when after having probed the lines.
On another related question, I had seen that this might have to do with the firmware that has been flashed onto the module. When I had connected the device to my PC, I am not seeing the device getting detected for me to flash the latest firmware build. Could you provide any suggestions to my above query?

Have you installed driver?
The latest QFLASH is 6.x.

Hi Linkin,

I have installed the latest version of the application, but I am still unable to see the device getting detected when I try to select the COM port to flash the firmware build.
