Current Consumption after a turn off

Hello,

I have a current issue with a BG95-M3.

After the shutdown process using the power key,. I have a consumption of 30uA from the modem while it is off.

The process is as follows:

  • Switch on the modem witk POWER KEY
  • Open the uart
  • Set default configuration / or send data
  • Close the uart
  • Switch off the modem with POWER KEY

Why the modem consumes 30uA when turned off. Where does this consumption come from?

Does the module have additional external connections or power sinking? these actions could caused an unexpected current.
