Creg returns 0,2 after FW update on EC25-E and EC25-EUX

Hi everyone,

I have updated the FW on EC25-E and EC25-EUX. However, afterwards creg keeps returing 0,2. Serving cell is stuck in LIMSRV. What can I do?

Could you please send me your country and the specific version of the upgrade? The version can be queried with AT+QGMR.

Hello,
changing the sim card from Vodafone Germany to Telekom Germany worked for the Modem EC25-E but not fot the EC25-EUX. Why doesn’t vodafone sim card work with the modem. CPIN returns ready and I test the sim card on a normal mobile phone. Also following return values for the EC25-EUX as requested:

Please not that this was tested with a vodafone sim in the sim slot. I am wondering why the pdp config still returns telekom apn. Thank you in advance.
