Crashes on the Quectel EC25-MiniPCI card

Hi,
I have crashes on the Quectel EC25-MiniPCI card.
It no longer accepts AT commands and I have to switch off/switch on it.
If I don’t wait for an AT command to return and send another one, could this cause a crash?
Dennis

hi,
Please give us the current version. It is best to wait for one command to finish before executing the next one.

Hi,

My version : EC25EFAR06A09M4G_01.001.01.001

Hi,
Is it possible to reboot the EC25-miniPCI card other than by an AT command from the Raspberry to get it out of the crash?

Dennis

hi,
You can cut off the power for a while and then try to restart it manually.

I was hoping for a chipset reset command ?

hi,
You can use the following command:
AT&F This command is used to reset the AT setting command to factory settings

My problem is that the chipset no longer responds to any AT commands. So I can’t place the AT&F order

Could you send me the latest version?
Maybe it fixes crashing issues?

hi,
Please check your mailbox.

Hi,
Thanks for the firmware.

EC25EFAR06A10M4G_01.001.01.001 is the latest version?

I am currently using EC25EFAR06A09M4G_01.001.01.001

I also had
EC25EFAR06A15M4G_20.002.20.002,
EC25EFAR06A16MAG,
EC25EFAR06A17M4G_20.200.20.200.
Do these versions seem more recent to me?

Which version do you recommend I use?

Dennis

hi,
Yes, these firmwares are newer. You can check the firmware upgrade instructions. Some of them have some restrictions. If there are no functional problems currently, you can update to the following version: EC25EFAR06A10M4G_01.001.01.001
