Connectivity issue with EC25-E

Hi,
I am using EC25-E modem on linux machine based on Yocto project:
DISTRO_VERSION = “5.4-zeus”
Kernel: = linux version 5.4.24-iot-gate-imx8-2.6+gbabac008e5cf

EC25-E version:
at+GMR
EC25EFAR08A04M4G

I have issue with send/receive packets after establish qmi network connection:

You should be the data dialing failure caused the error, please refer to the document to dial.
