Hello, I performed an update on my EC25-AU, but the firmware was for the AUX variant. I was able to recover it by flashing the correct firmware: EC25AUFAR06A12M4G_01.001.01.001.
The modem started but lost its IMEI. I recovered it with the command AT+EGMR=1,7,“new_imei”
OK
However, I’m not getting a connection and I’m getting the following error:
AT+CFUN?
+CFUN: 5
I tried using AT+QRFTESTMODE=0 but I get an error:
ERROR
Where can I find the xqcn/QCN file to restore it?

May I confirm on the statement “the firmware was for the AUX variant”, does it mean this is the original FW version of the module from factory?
CFUN=5 commonly indicates the RF communication is disabled or partially disabled.
Once the QCN file is corrupted, it is difficult to recover it back. Unless you have the same other module with the similar original FW, you can get the QCN file from the good module by using QPST tool and restore it back to the bad module and flash the module back with the exact original FW version.
