Communication Fault

Dear COmmunity members.I got error in communication my SMS modern with my server PC. I tested with AT Command tester and try to connect the specific comport, but go fail.How can I fix it?

Do you have two Quectel modem connected?
Which Quectel modem you are using?

I have only one Quectel modern connected.This PC is Window server 2019. When I tested in my loptop, the modern work fine.Is it the driver missing or some other issue communication?

Sorry. There is no driver for Window server.

So we cannot use this modern in server PC? Last week I tested it it work a while and after one day it did not work.So I tested with AT command tester and fail communication with modern.

Quectel could not provide driver for Windows Server.
At least there is no NIDS driver.
Please try test it on Windows 10 or Windows 11.

I have tested it on window 10 and is work fine.Just not woking on window server PC.So we cannot use this on server PC right?
