CoAP over DTLS support for BG96

Hello,

As the topic shows, I have a question about DTLS support for BG96.
I am wondering if BG96 support Connection Identifier for DTLS 1.2(RFC9146)?

This connection identifier is mainly to reduce the power of device by skipping DTLS handshake or session resumption everytime the device wake up from PSM.

I have already read the SSL and CoAP AT command manual for BG96 but does not found AT commands related to it.

I know BG96 supports DTLS for CoAP, but that is not my question and maybe my topic misleads you.

My question is does BG96 support Connection Identifier(RFC9146) for DTLS 1.2(RFC6347)?
