Cme error :3820

Hi，

I am using MC20ECB,and use AT+QCELLLOC=1 to get location, it works well in shanghai,but recently we test it in xi an, and it retrun error as “CME ERROR :3820” , I couldn;t find the error info about 3820.

What is the means of ERROR 3820 ? and in which case will present this error ?

CME Error :3820 is HTTP data decode error!

Could you please provide us full AT logs?

Could you please check if module has an IP address or not by AT+QILOCIP command before executing AT+QCELLLOC=1?

Do you use public or private APN? Can you try to ping one web server by AT+QPING command by dns name?
