CC6600D-LS UART-USB communication

Hello,

I’m using the CC6600D-LS on an evaluation board. I’ve set the board according to the user guide, and installed the USB drivers. Still, I’m unable to serially communicate with the modem over USB. I can set the switches and read the output of the GNSS, but I can not set the switches to communicate with the modem using AT commands (S0401 and S0402 both OFF). Which port should I be able to send and listen to commands over?

Any help would be appreciated. Also, is there somewhere I can see the pinout of the modem as well?

Regards,

Jade

I solved the issue. I had to use COM4 but also press the “PWRKEY” button for 1 second after connecting the USB.
