​Hello, CATStudio tool is suitable for ASR platform, but RM521F-GL module is Qualcomm platform, it does not work on Qualcomm platform, thanks~.

Hello,

I’m looking for CATStudio software as well. I need to access the logs of my SIM7080G modem as it won’t connect to the network (I have the correct SIM card, with both LTE-M and NB-IoT bands), and my provider said that they can’t diagnose it without the logs…

I wasn’t able to find it anywhere. Could you send me the link to the software?

Actually, you need to contact with SIMCOM or your provider to provide the tool.
