Can't use RS232 main UART on LTE-EVB with BG95

Hi, I’m trying to communicate with the BG95-M3-TE-A module through the COM1 (connector J401) and the COM2 (connector J402), using the RS232 to USB adaptor that came with my evaluation kit, but I’m not able to see any information on my serial monitor with neither of the ports.

When I use the modem UART that’s instantiated with the USB port, the communication works just fine.

Any tips on what I could be doing wrong?

Solved: it turns out that my RS232 adaptar wasn’t good.
