Can't install EC20 driver

I have already downloaded and installed the EC20 driver.

But I face another problem. After installing, I open Device Manager but it won’t show any of the EC20 drivers according to the datasheet (I choose Show hidden device as well), although the setup notification shows that the installation is successful.
Note that other drivers which doesn’t belong to Quectel can be installed.

Hello,

  1. you can open “Other devices” menu to check if there are some devices with yellow icons,if so, please right-click the device–Properties–Device status and tell me what is displayed.
