Did you confirm your module is RM500QGL_VH?
Please share a picture of your module, before send the firmware to you, I need to confirm.

RM500QGL_VH is the model reported by mmcli utility in linux console. At the time of buying the modules, the quote stated model number is: RM500QGLAB-M20-SGASA.
