Cannot see with QOPS or QSCAN 999 private network at n40

I have read that probably could be a firmware problem. Please could you send me the latest firmware version

ATI
Quectel
RM502Q-GL
Revision: RM502QGLAAR11A02M4G

OK
AT+QGMR
RM502QGLAAR11A02M4G_01.001.01.001

Dear @Xose_Ramon_Sousa_Vaz
I have sent the latest firmware to you via Message, please check.

I have perfomed the update of the firmware but our private network is not in the list of the discovered OPS or QSCAN.
I have constrained the search to the n40:n77:n78 bands and the same behaivour. The radio is a commercial one an it is working because I can see the ready status in the radio manager and in the core and also the frecuency with a radio signal analyzer. How can I get more logs/debug in the discover part to understand why is not recognized our network by quectel module?

Kind regards

Kind regards

I have performed more tests and seems that AT+QSCAN is not working well.I am in a zone where we have access 2/3 providers in bands 1,28 and 78. Our private network work on n40. I have checked the configuration of bands

AT+QNWPREFCFG= "nr5g_band"
+QNWPREFCFG: "nr5g_band",1:2:3:5:7:8:12:20:25:28:38:40:41:48:66:71:77:78

OK

Then try to reduce the scope of searching bands, but QSCAN shows different bands as we propose

AT+QNWPREFCFG= "nr5g_band",1:2:3
OK
AT+QSCAN=2,1
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,03,426050,241,-,-,-,0,24DED41F5,-,52,**1**,16,10,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,03,152690,59,-,-,-,0,9EF0042BE,-,52,**28**,18,6,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,01,154570,141,-,-,-,0,9025E0048,-,52,**28**,15,2,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,01,648384,174,-,-,-,1,9025E0002,-,245,**78**,62,6,-

OK

Then reduce the scope to only n40, see the the configuration is stored and again see the same bands

AT+QNWPREFCFG= "nr5g_band",40
OK
AT+QNWPREFCFG= "nr5g_band"
+QNWPREFCFG: "nr5g_band",40

OK
AT+QSCAN=2,1
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,07,156510,114,-101,-19,26,0,15F9183EB,8EF8,52,28,13,6,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,03,426050,241,-,-,-,0,24DED41F5,-,52,1,16,10,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,03,152690,59,-,-,-,0,9EF0042BE,-,52,28,18,6,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,01,154570,141,-,-,-,0,9025E0048,-,52,28,15,2,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,01,648384,174,-,-,-,1,9025E0002,-,245,78,62,6,-

OK

Finally we set the full band definition

AT+QNWPREFCFG= "nr5g_band",1:2:3:5:7:8:12:20:25:28:38:40:41:48:66:71:77:78
OK
AT+QSCAN=2,1
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,03,426050,241,-,-,-,0,24DED41F5,-,52,1,16,10,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,03,152690,59,-,-,-,0,9EF0042BE,-,52,28,18,6,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,01,154570,141,-,-,-,0,9025E0048,-,52,28,15,2,-
+QSCAN: "NR5G",214,01,648384,109,-,-,-,1,90192C002,-,245,78,62,6,-

It could be some predefined bands where the module RM502Q-GL is working?
I have set the QCUser logs and I cannot see n40 messages.

Kind regards
