I am having a BG95M3 module and want to reset it back to factory default. Even after trying AT+QPRTPARA=3 and AT+QCFG=“nvrestore”,0 (rebooted modem using AT+CFUN=1,1) still modem remembers all past configuration such as APNs. What is the possible solution to this? How can I fully reset modem back to factory settings?

Have you backup before you starting develop? if not, this command cant restore to factory default.
And AT+QCFG command can be restore NV parameters but not all like APNs…
Please try with ATZ0
