Cannot get ipv6 address on EC200T-CN-DA

firmware is EC200TCNDAR02A13M16 (is it too old? need you provide a new one?)
works ok in Shanghai unicom, but not in Beijing

The mode is ECM, and OS is Linux
when i input AT+QICSGP=1,<1,3>,“uninet” ,only ipv4
when i input AT+QICSGP=1,2,“uninet”
it returns QNETDEVCTL ERROR, and no address: 0:0:0:0:0:0

That is wrong. <context_type> is either 1 or 2 or 3. If your provider supports IPv4v6 you need to use the value of 3.
