Cannot connect to KDDI

I’m experiencing an issue with my Quectel EC25-J module. While it functions perfectly with Docomo SIM cards, KDDI (AU) SIM cards are unfortunately not working.

I suspect the firmware might be the cause, as suggested in this Quectel forum post: Cannot connect to KDDI / Softbank VoLTE with EC25-J. My current firmware version is EC25JFAR06A06M4G. Could this be the reason for the incompatibility, and would an upgrade potentially resolve it?

I have a PDF manual “LTE&LTE-A QFlash Linux&Android User Guide”, but I’m not able to find Qflash binary for Linux. How can I get QFlash for Linux?
