Can I use 3.3V GPIO to drive down PWRKEY_3.0V on quectel umts-lte evb

Could someone let me know if it’s safe for the board to use 3.3V GPIO to driver down PWRKEY_3.0V on quectel umts-lte evb to enable the adapter - documentation metnions the output level is 1.5V but there is a 3.0 test pin so i want to use gpio with 3.3V on high level?

I would like to ask where i can find the schematics of quectel umts-lte evb and BG95-M3-TE-A
