Can BC660K be woken up from deep sleep using an AT command if VDD_EXT is 3V and MAIN_RX and MAIN_TX are 3V logic?

I have some custom hardware that uses an mcu to interface with a bc660k. I’m having difficulty waking the bc660k from deep sleep using an AT command (not using PSM_EINT). I’m suspecting that this could be due to using 3V for the supply and logic.
As the title says, can BC660K be woken up from deep sleep using an AT command if VDD_EXT is 3V and MAIN_RX and MAIN_TX are 3V logic? I’m not using any level shifters. VBAT is also 3V.

Thanks.

If your BC660K can operate normally AT during working conditions, I think this issue might be caused by an unreasonable pin design of VDD_EXT
