Can bc660 GL EVB read a PWM signal at 60MHz

we are using OpenCPU architecture of the BC660 Module. We want to interface a sensor that outputs a signal and we want to measure the Frequency (atmost 70MHz) of that signal. Is it possible to interface this sensor with the PWM input of the BC660 Module? Can BC660 PWM work in input mode.
