Hi,
I’m sorry to reply you so late.
If the ca.pl file is not available, there is an alternative method.
You can manually create folders and files under this path:C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\bin\demoCA;
1.Create the following folders:certs、private、crl 、newcerts;
2.Create an empty file named index.txt;
3.Create an file named serial, then write the value “01”, and then save exit.
