Bricked my EC20, requesting the firmware to unbrick

Hi,

I have bricked my EC20 and would like to get it working again. It shows up as /dev/ttyUSB0 and I think I can use the firmware-update utility to recover it if I have the firmware.

Could someone link me or send it to me?

Thanks.

Hello there
I think you can obtain ttyUSB0 port, the module works well. You can execute busybox microcom /dev/ttyUSB2 send AT command. If it not work, you can provide your module model to us, we will send you the correct version.

I do see the device in QDL mode on ttyUSB0 but I am not able to interact with it in a meaningful way so far via AT commands.

In fact, somewhat discouragingly, the modem doesn’t seem to even reply to the following command:

$ sudo qmi-firmware-update -t /dev/ttyUSB0 -b
error: reseter operation finished: couldn't run reset operation

The model is EC20EA-256-STD / EC20EQAR02A08E2G.

@Duncan.Xu-Q any suggestions? the firmware would be appreciated, although it does kinda look like it wouldn’t be able to be get flashed anyway, after all it isn’t even able to complete the reset operation.
