BG96 with 0x00 char does not receive data

Good afternoon,
We’re working with BG96 and we are now facing a new problem: we send data (from other device) to our device, and if we send a few chars that include a NULL char (0x00), the BG96 modem does not receive nothing…
Do you now anything about this?
