I am testing the BG96 Modem. Attach/Detach and data works mostly fine. In case of idle packets which are transmitted over paging, I see that sometimes the UE requests to establish bearer (in the CP Service Request), but in the latest Attach and TAU Request, in the UE Capabilities, the modem is configured for CP-CIOT and no S1-U Bearers are supported by the modem side (attached pictures). The EPC sends back, that it supports S1-U, but I think, in order the UE to request bearer, it should set the flag in the UE Network Configuration as true.
As a consequence, the modem sends the CP Service Request multiple times.
Is this a bug?
