BG96, PWRKEY impact for connection

Hello.

Im working with BG96 and sending data via MQTT protocol to the server.
In according with this document:
Rev. BG96&BC95-G&EG9x&UG9x&M95_Compatible_Design_V1.0
If turning off module by PWRKEY causes that the modem is logging out from the network?

yes , if you turn off by hw powerkey , the network will be de-registered ,

i guess you need the PSM feature ， under PSM mode poweroff ，when the module wakeup from PSM mode ，the network will remember the registered status of this module.
