BG96 only see DM Port, AT Port and NEMA Port disappear

Dear, Quectel Support

When BG96 works well, I can see three ports: AT Port, DM Port and NEMA port, plus modem device and network device. After enable LWM2M client and run LWM2M client, BG96 got lost.

Tried power off BG96, then power, three ports: AT Port, DM Port and NEMA port come out but disappeared in 5 seconds.

I tried to update Firmware with QFlash. Pass…

But the issue is still here. Could you please help?

Based on your description ， the Bg96 module crashed ， we need dump log to analyze more .
