BG96 not able to identify the OAI ENODEB Cell

Hi Team,

We are using UE as Quectel BG 96 board and sim card from open cells. We are currently configured the board to Cat NB1 and band as 28.

But the UE cannot identify the cells at all. Whichever Cell is detected it is adding to the blacklisted cells without reading MIB-NB and SIB-NB

Could you please help on this.

Could you please share the procedure/configuration has to do for normal attach for Cat NB1 using bg96…
