I have a problem with communication with BG96.

Here I can comunnicate with MQTT broker without any problems. I can open, connect and send data to the server.
After sending data, doing this:
AT+QPOWD=0
POWERED DOWN
OK
My modem is now powered down but I would like to send another data to MQTT so I m turning on Module Using the PWRKEY Pin.
Modem is waking up because I can see that current consumption increased.
Now when I m trying to send any command to BG96 for example “AT” there is no reponse from modem.
I used 10s, 20s, 50s, 100s delay between turning on mdule and sending “AT” comand.
Please help.
