BG96 Latest Firmware Europe

I’m using a BG96 modem on a Dragino Arduino shield. The firmware version is BG96MAR02A07M1G_01.017.01.017. I have issues that when the nano SIM is inserted the modem is continuously resetting. I have read here that a firmware helps to overcome this issue. Can you please provide the latest firmware? I’m using the QFlash V4.19 and the modem is recognized as DM COM port. I’m based in Europe.
