Hi, I recently purchased a board with the BG96 module built in. I have tried to connect to the network via NB-IoT and it connects, but every time I want to transmit data it disconnects. I think it may be due to a lack of firmware update. Where can I get the drivers?

Many thanks! Apparently it must be a problem with the usb ports on my laptop, when I try a different one it works perfectly. Anyway, in case it helps anyone, this was the problem I was getting:
