Is there any way to put the BG96 into “balloon mode” to allow location reporting at altitudes above 18,000m? (Similar to the feature on the GNSS only L96, which can go to 80,000m)

as I understanding , for BG96 gnss , there is no Altitude Limition , we should concerned that , is there LTE cell network on 80000 m , you know whatever CATM/NB/GSM is a cell network ，
so i thinks， it is impossible
