BG96 firmware update

I have successfully been able to update the BG96 f/w via DFOTA using the cellular network. Is it possible to update this firmware via the serial port or USB as well? Where can I find documentation on that?

As far as I know you can only upgrade it via the USB port, not the serial port. Would have been nice though!

You will need the QFlash PC software tool as well as the FW image and only a Quectel FAE can provide it to you.
