BG96 correct way to waking up modem and send data to MQTT

Hello.

  1. Modem is in PSM mode (current consumption is ~10uA)
  2. I m using PWR_KEY to wake up BG96 from PSM mode
  3. I m sure that modem woke up because I can see that current consumption increase significantly.
    Should I wait some delay before sending any command (MQTT) to the modem after waking up?

Now BG96 waking up for ~10 seconds and after that goes to PSM mode again.
AT commands are ignored on this 10 seconds.

Hello,
as for me the best way is wait till module answers for single AT command by sending it several times till proper answer (ofcourse with count limit) and waiting till AT+CEREG reports network registration.
