BG95M3 Connection Issues

I have a BG95 module that is having problems connecting to the cell network (ATT).
We have moved the SIM card to another modem and it works fine.
The return from CREG? changes between 3 (Registration denied) and 2 (trying to attach or searching).
I thought about the antenna but it seems to be getting signal, when no antenna is attached we just get NO SERVICE.

Any thoughts on what I can try next?

I am having the exact same issue with BG95M3LAR02A03 and an AT&T SIM.

Yes, Even I have the same problem with the BG95-M3 module. It seems the sim registration is failed.

Its very hard to find root cause according those AT commands, Could you please help collect
modem log then we can find final reason.
