We are using bg95a-gl module in our of our product development.
Here is the information of our module from ATI command:

ATI
Quectel
BG951A-GL
Revision: BG951AGLAAR01A03

OK

Can we get a latest firmware package for this module to upgrade through QFlash?

QFlash is available. You can use AT+QGMR to query the following version details. And send your email as well.

This is the firmware version details I got from modem from the suggested command:

AT+QGMR
BG951AGLAAR01A03_01.001.01.001

Can you share the latest firmware so that I can perform an upgrade?

I have shared two firmware packages with you. 1.002 can be rolled back after upgrade, while 1.200 is not a version that can be rolled back. Please use it as required.
