BG95 turn on not working

Hello,

I am currently using the BG95 reference on a custom board. I followed the schematic for the PWRKEY feature, but I can’t turn on the module even if I apply a low state during 700ms.

Do I miss any needed external pull-up resistor ? I used an oscilloscope to measure the voltage at PWRKEY pin and my voltage when the transistor is turned off is around 10-20 mV which seems strange as I expect to find 1.5V.

Hello there many times this happens if one of the boot-config pins is connected and pulled high during a boot attempt. Check the hardware design guidelines to verify you don’t have any boot config pins connected. One page 26 of the document there is a section with important design notes and this is listed.
