BG95 startup with CFUN=0

Hello! I am using a BG95-M3 with firmware BG95M3LAR02A03. I would like to start the module with CFUN=0. What settings do I need to use to do this?

Found the problem: we thought we were using firmware version 01.009.01.009 but instead we had an older version. The new version has an option to startup with CFUN=0 with: AT+QNWCFG=“cfun_init_mode”,0

Hi,
AT+QNWCFG=“cfun_init_mode”,0 can set cfun mode as 0 after each boot, and this command take effect after module reboots, and Quectel’s latest BG95M3 firmware was supported this function.
Pls contact local FAE for latest fw, may it helps you : )
