BG95-MF not responding after AT+QGPSLOC

Hi

I’m using a BG95-MF module. The firmware version is BG95MFLAR05A01.
Sometimes, the module not responding after sending AT+QGPSLOC
The only way to unfreeze the module is to do a quick hard reset (~200 ms) and then the module works as expected.

Hi, on the BG95-M3 I see a similar issue: the modem sometimes answers to AT+QGPSLOC? only after a few minutes. Is there a way to avoid this case? Thanks!
