BG95-M5 firmware upgrade

We have BG95 modules with BG95M5LAR02A03_01.006.01.006 firmware and we need update it by DFOTA and we will need the Delta firmware for upgrade it.
Can you send us the delta upgrade firmware or tell our how can we download it, please?
We don’t know which is the upgrade delta firmware version for improve our current version
