BG95-M5, CME ERROR: phone failure, +CFUN: 7

I cannot register to network, module still in CFUN: 7. How to continue.
Commands are send via USB.

Same response to AT+CFUN=1,1 too.

It can be seen from the instruction spit out that +CFUN: 7 is caused by module parameter error. Please contact the after-sales service to recalibrate or replace the module.
