BG95 M3 used as buffer memory

Hi there!

I need a little help with a design issue. I’m building a device around BG95 M3…
I would need a persistent memory in order to store a message like: ‘container #1 , UNIXtime’. Can I use BG95 in order to store it and read it, eventually delete it. Or it would be best to install an EEPROM/ FRAM memory?

All the best!

Hi Viorel

Yes, you can use UFS or EUFS memory to save but need to backup in case of module UFS/EUFS damaged.

Hi @Linkin-Q now I get it. Then, I’ll put a small F-RAM memory on the mainboard.
