BG95-M3 unable to process FETCH (Setup Menu) request

Hello,
I have a BG95-M3 with firmware BG95M3LAR02A03_A0.206.A0.206, and I am testing with a SIM profile from Truphone. The profile makes a FETCH (Setup Menu) request to the BG95, which the modem replies after 2min with TERMINAL RESPONSE (Terminal currently unable to process command). The profile immediately retries, and the modem never succeeds. This sequence goes on and on (FETCH and TERMINAL RESPONSE) and no other CAT command can take place.

Could you please advise whether there is a BG95-M3 firmware that properly supports the Setup Menu CAT command?

I would like to add that I have Quectel modems that exhibit the same error (Terminal currently unable to process command) to FETCH (Setup Menu) request from the Truphone profile, and also modems which don’t have the error.
