Bg95-m3 uart response on custom pcb

Hello, we have a custom PCB with BG95-M3.

We followed the recommendations from the hardware design V1.5 and reference design V1.0.

  1. Module is not responding through UART. No UART is working, neither the main one or debug one.
  2. We hold power_key pin high for 800 ms and after that, we measure 1.5V
  3. Host enable is kept in zero (low). We are ensuring GNSS TXD is kept in zero
  4. PONTRIG is high all the time.

We are using recommended TXS IC and it is powered with the 1.8V generated by BG95. We are measuring the correct voltage, even the message in the main_rxd is correct. But, we are not reading anything as response. in the main_txd.

Status pin is high after the init procedure, but the PSM_IND is always low, even when we trigger the pontrig.

How can we proceed to ensure our design is correct and the module works properly?
