I bought a BG95-M3 DIP40 from the internet, but it is stuck in eMTC mode and I can’t
change it to LTE-Cat1. The RAT-commandos are not working and I don’t become a handshake
to my server on port 443. The modem is needed for a weatherstation to sent the data to my
server over mobile connection.
I need the full firmware package for BG95‑M3 (BG95M3LAR02A03) to recover a module
that is stuck in eMTC mode.
I figur out that the modem become a connection only in LTE eMTC modus. But I need for my mobil provider an LTE Cat1. So, over AI I found that the modem is running fix in eMTC. I can change it only one time to LTE CAT but after power off it fall back to eMTC.
ChatGPT says that the firmware update can reset the NV storage and the RAT commandos, when they are corrupt.
I hope after the update it will run in LTE CAT in a stable way.
