BG95-M3 spamming RDY over UART but no response for AT commands

I’m using the logic converter by T.I, I get RDY after 3 seconds but no one AT command work, I type AT and nothing happens, still getting RDY. I don’t think that can be an electrical issue because I’m using a dedicated power supply. The RDY message appears every time the NET led blinks. I’m using USB-TTL CH341A.
