BG95-M3 pwrkey not working

I’m feeding 3.8 v to the bg95-m3 module. I am trying to activate the status pin by giving the pwrkey pulse values from outside, but the status led is not lit and my module is not working. What could be the reason?

Hi,
Are you using eval-board or custom design ?
Check current capability of power supply, is RESET# pin high ? etc.

I am using custom design. I give the power input as 3.8v and I drew the example diagram in the datasheet. My reset pin is low.

RESET# pin should be HIGH for module to work check BG95_Hardware_Design document
