BG95-M3 not enterning PSM

Hi,
We have problem with module BG95-M3(app version: 01.014.01.014), which can’t to enter PSM.

I tried:

AT+QPSMS=1,,,"10000010","00001000"
OK

AT+QPSMS?
+QPSMS: 1,,,"60","16"

AT+CEREG?
+CEREG: 4,1,"E8D0","2FDA910",8,,,"00001000","01111110"
OK

AT+QCFG="psm/enter",1
OK

AT+QNWINFO
+QNWINFO: "eMTC","26003","LTE BAND 20",6200

OK

The power consumption is always above ~25 mA, which has regular peaks probably during paging window. I have no idea what is the reason of not entering PSM.

please execute “AT+QSCLK=1” and try it again

I tried "AT+QSCLK=1”, but it didn’t solve the problem. I have disconnected USB, all commands are sending via UART. MAIN_DTR is connected to nothing on my PCB board and I’m not using it.

Are you sure your APN of SIM card supports PSM?
