BG95-M3 mPCI - Integrated sim connector hardware doubt

Hello,

I’m using the integrated SIM connector, so in my PCB layout I didn’t predict the recommended components for the SIM connector.

But I saw that the module has the footprint for the recommended components, as shown in image:

I would like to know if it is possible to send me the schematic of this part of the circuit related to the footprint of the board? Or help me where I should solder the components.
